Although these runs are On Your Own (no coaches will be there) athletes are encouraged to run with their teammates. If Athletes or Parents organized their own runs that would be Awesome!
For simplicity I changed the workouts to minutes instead of miles so all you need is a stopwatch.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to get the runs in. Those who have been training have been building fitness and dont want to lose it.
